Le Grezelou is the first house you come to from the entrance and has the benefit of elevated views over the beautiful lake, you can actually see the fish from the terrace and also all the ducks and the stunning reflections.

In the living room there is a large dining table and a large sideboard, a convertible sofa and a standard lamp, also a 36'' TV, and this leads to the fully fitted kitchen with its double oven and gas hob, dishwasher a fridge/freezer, also a microwave cooker and everything you need for self catering.

There is a shower room and a separate WC

There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and a double wardrobe, a bedside table and chair, there are double doors which lead onto the terrace the other bedroom has a double bed and also a single bed and a bedside table and chair, also a large fitted wardrobe with cupboards over. On the terrace there is a table and seating for outside eating and relaxing and outside there is a bbq and plenty of room for sunbathing and parking
