This is a three bedroom family house situated in the heart of the woods with its wild flowers and birdsong, very tranquil.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a double wardrobe, bedside table and chair and doors to the terrace with lovely view.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed a large double fitted wardrobe, bedside table and chair, also lovely woodland views.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and bunk beds, bedside table and chair, and more lovely views of the woods.

There is a large double wardrobe/cupboard in the hallway, leading to the large family bathroom with a bath and shower, a vanity sink unit and bidet and also has an additional shower room with wash basin and WC.

There is a separate WC.

The large lounge/ dining room has a convertible sofa, large dining table and chairs and a sideboard, an occasional table and table lamp etc.

There is also a sat TV connection for French television.

The fully fitted, well equipped kitchen as a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and split level cooker and hob and everything you need for self catering.

On the large terrace there is a table and seating for relaxing and outside eating.

There is also a washing machine in the garage. Electric heating is available out of season. Outside there are sun loungers and a bbq and plenty for room for parking.
