La Colline is the first house up the hill and is the nearest to the swimming pool, in its own hedged garden it has two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and two bedside tables, a double wardrobe and a chair.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bunk beds, a bedside table and a fitted wardrobe. There is a shower room and separate wc.

In the fitted kitchen you will find all you need for self catering including a fridge/ freezer, microwave etc.

The lounge/dining room has a sideboard, large table and chairs and a convertible sofa, also an occasional table.

On the terrace there is a table and seating for outside dining and relaxing and outside are sun loungers and a bbq and plenty of room for parking.

Electric heating is available out of season.
